Newcastle Eagles have launched their official app, which is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

    

The app, which aims to bring fans closer to the most successful British basketball team of all time, will enable users to buy and store tickets, access season cards, purchase game day items, get exclusive offers with discount vouchers and stay up to date with the latest news and notifications from the club.

Developed working together with the club’s long-time box office partner Venue Manager, the new app is one of the first to be launched by a British basketball club and demonstrates the Eagles’ constant strive for improving its fan experiences through innovation and the introduction of technology.

HELP THE CLUB GO GREEN

Digital season cards, securely stored in the user’s box office account and accessed within the app, will also play a part in the club’s environmental sustainability mission to reduce paper and plastic waste. 2024/25 season ticket holders will become the club’s first ever to have virtual cards meaning hundreds of non-recyclable plastic passes will not be produced this season.

The club invites all its 2024/25 season ticket holders to join it on this sustainable journey, but those with the need for a physical card will still have the option for one, which will be made from an innovative never-tear recyclable paper-based product.


Details on how season card purchasers can access their account through the app or request a physical card will be emailed to them this week.
