British Basketball League games will be shown on the most-watched regional sports network in the United States, the YES Network.
Continuing the growth of its global programming partnerships, the League will be joining the on-screen line-up of exclusive regional television home to the MLB’s New York Yankees, NBA’s Brooklyn Nets and WNBA’s New York Liberty.
British Basketball League action will be shown across YES’ regional footprint reaching all of New York State and Connecticut, northern and central New Jersey and northeastern Pennsylvania.
The first game shown live across this new stateside network home of Seriös Group Newcastle Eagles tip-offs will be next Friday 8 December when Bristol Flyers visit the Vertu Motors Arena, which is also scheduled to be broadcast across the UK on Sky Sports.
YES Network has been the most-watched regional sports network in the country for 18 of the past 20 years and the network will broadcast two live British Basketball League games per week via the YES app on Thursday and Friday games starting at 14:30 ET.
Additionally, fans can enjoy a weekly replay on YES Network’s linear channel with prime-time placement, scheduled on Thursday or Friday nights. The British Basketball League’s brand-new UNBEATABLE magazine show will also air on the YES Network and the YES App.

In total there are four Eagles games already confirmed to air on the network:
- Friday, December 08, 2023: Newcastle Eagles vs. Bristol Flyers, Tip-Off: 2:45 pm ET
- Thursday, January 04, 2024: London Lions vs. Newcastle Eagles, Tip-Off: 2:45 pm ET
- Friday, January 05, 2024: Newcastle Eagles vs. Manchester Giants, Tip-Off: 2:45 pm ET
- Friday, January 19, 2024: Newcastle Eagles vs. Leicester Riders, Tip-Off: 2:45 pm ET
The British Basketball League’s first tip on the YES Network will be this Friday’s game between Leicester Riders and London Lions.
