The programme looks at how all of these things effect the heart and how young people can take positive steps to lead a healthy life and have a healthy heart.

The programme is delivered to 10 special needs schools across Tyne & Wear. the schools also receive coaching and festivals as part of the project. This week the Eagles will also be visiting Trinity School at Oakfield College.  These will be the last visits by the players before the holiday season.
