BBL All-Star Five – Week 16
There’s a debutante in our line-up this week and only the second player this season to collect four starting appearances.

Zaire Taylor (London Lions)
That accolade goes to the former BBL MVP after the playmaker collected his fourth spot in our fantastic five off the back of leading Lions to a hard-fought home win against Glasgow Rocks. Taylor lit it up at the Copper Box with an all-around effort, after dropping a fine 28 points and wrapping up a terrific line with seven assists and six rebounds.

Daryl Corletto (Plymouth Raiders)
It was a fruitful weekend for Raiders as they punched a ticket to the BBL Trophy Semi-Finals, while also coming out on top in a thrilling south-west derby. Corletto inked his third starting slot off the back of a sparkling perimeter display as he torched Bristol Flyers with seven triples. He eventually finished with 29 points, as well as registering six assists and four boards.

Pierre Hampton (Leicester Riders)
Making his debut appearance during Week 15, the Riders’ forward hangs onto his starting place after continuing his rich vein of form in the match-up with Cheshire Phoenix. Hampton finished with 18 points in a smart shooting effort, which saw him make all five shots inside. He also did plenty of work on the glass and just missed out on a double-double by a single rebound.

Kieron Achara (Glasgow Rocks)
The Great Britain star is back firing on all cylinders as he drove Rocks past the visiting Manchester Giants. Achara proved unstoppable as he went a jaw-dropping 10 of 11 from the floor in one of the best shooting performances of the season and the best of the week. His 24 points were accompanied by eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks.

Maurice Walker (Worcester Wolves)
It was a magnificent few days for Wolves as they showed their potential for the remainder of the campaign with outstanding road wins at Eagles and Lions. Walker takes his debut appearance in our line-up thanks to a truly towering display in the capital. He corralled 26 points after making a stellar 11 of 14 at the hoop against Lions, while also harvesting eight rebounds, two assists and a block.

Off The Bench – Peter Hooley (Plymouth Raiders), Marek Klassen (Worcester Wolves), Rahmon Fletcher (Esh Group Eagles Newcastle), Jack Isenbarger (Leeds Force), Quincy Taylor (Surrey Scorchers), Brandon Boggs (Bristol Flyers), Anton Grady (Plymouth Raiders).
