3rd quarter saw much of the same both team didn’t shoot the ball particularly well but the home teams turnovers in transition saw the visitors capitalize on this area scoring easy layups and punishing the Eagles for these mistakes. This in addition the missed scoring opportunities in transition saw the Eagles give up some needed scores
In the 4th quarter it was very much of the same with the home team being outscored by the visitors with few defensive stops. The game ended with final score of 39-108.
Eagles u14s coach Calvin George said “Disappointed with overall performance as this team finds its feet as we got caught out on very simples mistakes, we failed to control the overall tempo and pace and continued to rush the possessions. We need to value the possession a bit more and rebound more effectively.”
