Started her career at Barking Abbey Crusaders in the then called WBBL for two seasons from 2015/17. Then went stateside to NCAA Division 1 Long Beach State University for three seasons before returning to the UK and The League in 2020/21. Made the switch to Newcastle in 2021/22 making this her third season with the Eagles. Former GB Under 18 and Under 20 international.

In November 2024, Gaynor become the team’s player-coach.
