The night has come when Eagles Academy graduate Tosan Evbuomwan’s dreams could become reality as the British basketball community comes together to support him in the NBA Draft overnight.

The annual Draft is when NBA teams can select from the best young prospects from American colleges and around the world.

From 1am the 2023 NBA Draft will take place in Brooklyn to see whether the former Royal Grammar School student can follow in the footsteps of only a small number of Brits into the NBA.

All will be revealed on Sky Sports Arena and Main Event from 1am with Evbuomwan’s fate predicted to be sealed late in the second round of picks.

It has been reported that Evbuomwan has put in the airmiles across the US in recent weeks, training with almost 20 franchises who have all shown an interest in picking the former Eagle, including the Boston Celtics, Indiana Pacers, Los Angeles Lakers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Washington Wizards to name a few.

We’ll have the outcome for you on our social media channels as soon as news breaks in the early hours and a full report about what happens next whatever the outcome from tonight.

Good luck Tosan! #AlwaysAnEagle
