International basketball returns to the Vertu Motors Arena next month as Great Britain face Greece.
The home of Newcastle Eagles will host the FIBA World Cup 2023 Qualifier on Thursday 25 November at 6:30pm and tickets are available to purchase now from the Newcastle Eagles Box Office.
Last time GB played at home in the UK was on that same court in February 2020 when they secured a historic victory over Germany on the path to EuroBasket 2022 qualification.
GB will be aiming to take momentum from the success into the World Cup qualifiers and the venue will also be serving as their training base leading up to the game.
Fans can expect an exciting game of world-class basketball from both the visitors and an in-form British squad who recently toppled France who are ranked fifth in the world and the Greek national team currently ranked 10th.
