Eagles U18s travelled to Loughborough to play Charnwood in a U18s Premier north match up. Eagles missing some of their top scorers due to injuries . Charwood opened up the scoring but the eagles kept pace for the entire first quarter, quickly breaking down and their press and kept within striking distance.

Coach Calvin said “We knew this game was going to be tough, despite the score, I think we had a better performance week on week. The depth of the players on both teams bench is what was the deciding factor. Our main area of concern was our 3rd quarter where we were out scored by 30 -8 and foul trouble aided in the home team pulling away in the 3rd. ”
