Newcastle Eagles will tip-off in their European North Basketball League (ENBL) home game against BK Olomoucko a month later than originally scheduled following the team from Czechia’s progression in their domestic national cup.

By mutual agreement and in cooperation with the ENBL, the Eagles have accepted Olomoucko’s request for this rearrangement, which allows them to tip-off in the Quarter-Finals of the Czech Basketball Cup against BK Pardubice on Wednesday 7 January.

The Eagles’ ENBL fixture originally scheduled for Tuesday 6 January 2026 will now take place Tyneside on Friday 6 February with tip-off set at 7:30pm.

Tickets purchased for the original date remain valid for the rescheduled fixture and any purchasers before today’s rearrangement announcement who cannot make the rearranged date can email [email protected] for a refund.

Super League Basketball season ticket holders have until the end of January to secure their usual seats for this game at a discounted price by logging into their box office account and following the instructions on the game page.
