Newcastle Eagles are the most successful team in British basketball history, with a haul of 27 trophies since the franchise’s move to the city in 1995 and consequent inception of the ‘Eagles’ brand in 1996, plus a number of runner up medals in addition.

The Eagles play Super League Basketball (SLB) and European North Basketball League (ENBL) home games at their Vertu Motors Arena home on Newcastle’s Scotswood Road.
