The game started quickly, with the magic pressing hard and forcing an early time out, and the pressure continued as they were unrelenting jumping out to a 16-5 score within the first 5 minutes. The first quarter didn’t get much brighter either as the score ended 33-12.
The second period was equally as intense; however, you Eagles slowly became accustomed to it, and could control themselves a little better and both teams scored an equal amount through the first 5 minutes of the quarter. But a quick timeout from the Magic saw them take control and the back end of the quarter, going into half time with a 54-20 score.
As the second half started the Magic took a strangle hold over the game with a 13-2 run, and the pressure didn’t stop there as they were constantly changing up their defensive schemes and giving your Eagles no breathing space whatsoever. A completely dominant display in the this by the magic finishing the quarter 24-6 and a 78-26 lead.
A small positive was the fourth quarter, which saw a tie in the quarter score, 18-18. Your eagles finally got used to the pressure and were comfortable within in. Multiple aggressive moves by Airon Sukys made it easier to score for your Eagles, scoring 8 of the final 10 points of the game.
