Session take place at the Vertu Motors Arena from 10:30am until 12-noon.

Come and celebrate our return on Tuesday 5th October and then every Tuesday.  Enjoy a cuppa and a chat with the regulars in our group.  Light activities include Table Tennis, Table Basketball, Boccia, Table Football and Table Hockey

Sessions are accessible to all with no experience required and the cost is just £3 per person.
